The first table groups labels and input boxes into separate table cells, the second groups labels into the same cell with their respective input boxes, the third uses CSS to layout the form. The third example also uses the >label< element to explicitly link labels to their form elements. The first example has significant accessibility issues, the second one is better, the third is best and allows for much greater flexibility in laying out your form.
