Commentary and Critique

The good:

• The site takes care of the basics pretty well
  • Consistent layout
  • Clear table of contents and easy navigation
  • Graphics optimized to facilitate fast downloads
  • URL listed on each page (to especially useful for when the user prints the page but does not bookmark it).
• The site is visually pleasant

The not so good:

• The vertical navigation bar is not displayed fully at all resolutions

Recommendations:

• Could make use of some technologies (SSI, etc.) to help with site maintenance.
